Community Development Cricket Coach
The NCU wishes to employ a Community Development Cricket Coach to support the implementation of its Strategic Plan and to continue the work that has already begun in this area. The officer will provide community and school-based cricketing opportunities, both coaching and competition, for children of all ages. This new role seeks an energetic and enthusiastic individual who has a passion for supporting and developing the game and working with multiple partners and organisations. The role combines coaching and development work and will be responsible for engaging people of all ages across the NCU into becoming active members of cricket clubs.

Events Coordinator
The NCU wishes to employ an Events Coordinator. The NCU delivers numerous events and competitions for a wide range of abilities and a wide range of cricket development opportunities. The purpose of this role is to coordinate and deliver a successful programme of events across the NCU. Ensuring effective relationship management with volunteers, suppliers, sponsors, partners, funders and other key stakeholders to deliver high quality events to our member clubs and their members.

Office Administrator
The NCU are looking for a reliable Office Administrator to join our team. The successfull candiate will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff have adequate support to work efficiently. They will maintain a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first point of contact to member clubs, associates, officials, and the public in person, online, and via telephone. The Office Administrator will ensure proper flow of office procedures and support existing staff by carrying out common office duties including basic bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritising and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

Domestic Competition Administrator
The NCU wishes to employ a Domestic Competition Administrator. The NCU delivers numerous competitions for a wide range of abilities and a wide range of cricket development opportunities. The purpose of this role is to organise and manage the various competitions that take place to ensure success, fairness, and a positive experience for everyone involved.
