We currently have the following career opportunities within the Northern Cricket Union
Development Officer (Clubs and Schools)
The Northern Cricket Union wishes to recruit a full time Development Officer to deliver key areas of the Strategic Plan for Cricket in Ireland (2024-2027) relating to clubs and schools.
Reporting to the Cricket Operations Manager, the post holder will be required to lead the delivery of initiatives within clubs and schools within the region to grow the game of cricket, ensuring areas of strategic focus (including but not limited to boys, girls, men’s and women’s cricket, culture & diversity, etc) are being addressed within both environments.

Events Coordinator
The NCU wishes to employ an Events Coordinator. The NCU delivers numerous events and competitions for a wide range of abilities and a wide range of cricket development opportunities.
The purpose of this role is to coordinate and deliver a successful programme of events across the NCU. Ensuring effective relationship management with volunteers, suppliers, sponsors, partners, funders and other key stakeholders to deliver high quality events to our member clubs and their members.

Office Administrator
The NCU are looking for a reliable Office Administrator to join our team. The successfull candiate will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff have adequate support to work efficiently. They will maintain a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first point of contact to member clubs, associates, officials, and the public in person, online, and via telephone.
The Office Administrator will ensure proper flow of office procedures and support existing staff by carrying out common office duties including basic bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritising and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
