It is a password protected document and each nominated club contact has been emailed this password to allow their club to access it.

NOTE: Due to GDPR concerns the contacts had to be put into a password protected pdf file (unfortunately this results in a file that needs to be scaled up to read it properly). I have been asked if a password protected Excel file could be uploaded to the website but I am unable to do that for an Excel file with our current website hosting platform.
