U11s & U13s have a visit from an ‘Old Boy’

Paul Stirling flies out to Dubai on Wednesday with the Irish Squad in preparation for the World T/20 Qualifiers but found time to call in and remind some of the NCU Underage players that this was where it all started for him.

He charted his progress from Primary School Kwik Cricket and the NCU Under 11 and Under 12 sides to the Irish Under 13s and through to his position now playing cricket as a career and fulfilling the dream he once had as a schoolboy.

Paul spent some time in both the Batting and Fielding sessions demonstrating his techniques, highlighting the need to continually seek to improve through dedicated practice.
