There is a strong possibility of a North-West semi final between the two favourites for the Ulster Bank Ulster Schools Cricket Cup – holders Limavady Grammar School and Foyle College.
Limavady will host Regent House in the only remaining quarter final and victory would give them another home tie against the Londonderry side in the last four.
RBAI today (Wednesday) defeated Strabane Academy by 61 runs and will now be at home to Down High School in the other semi final. The Belfast school totalled 181 (B McGavock 43, L McNamara 40, J McCabe 31, A Hayward 3-37) and dismissed Strabane for 126 (R Kelly 48, J Magee 4-23).
The semi-final draw is:
Limavady GS or Regent House v Foyle College
RBAI v Down HS
