The Knights team to play against North West Warriors on Wednesday 14th (IP20) and Thursday 15th (IP50) August respectively at Eglinton CC.
Chair of Selectors Andrew Cowden commented on the fifth squad announcement of the IP season:
“Following a long break from IP fixtures, the squad now focus on preparing fully to face North West Warriors in both formats and finishing our IP season strongly.
The selectors have selected a squad of 13 for both games. Mark Adair, Paul Stirling, Ross Adair and Neil Rock return to the squad following their international commitments, replacing Adam Kennedy, Jason Van Der Merwe, Sam Topping and Tom Mayes (injured) from the last squad. Jake Egan has been injured for some time and although he has just returned to playing, he has yet to regain full fitness. In the one other change to the squad, Jordan Neill replaces Tyron Koen.
Finally, Mark Adair returns to captain the side and I wish Mark and his team all the best for this week.”
