Highlights of the Round
- Ballymena’s overseas Glen Adams hit 74 in vain as in-form CSNI youngster Jordan Neill scored 92 to help CSNI win by 6 wickets.
- Ross Bailey of Derriaghy scored 60 and took home the Gallagher POTM award as his side beat Premier League outfit Carrickfergus by 25 runs at Queensway.
- Shane Warren of Donacloney Mill scored a brilliant 106 to help his side post 211-9. Instonians opening batters showed their class chasing 217 for the loss of no wicket with Rob McKinley hitting 54* and Ollie Metcalfe hitting a mammoth 153*.
- Stephen Chambers scored 40 for Lurgan with Lisburn Captain Neil Whitworth being the pick of the bowlers with 3-26. Whitworth also hit 50* to guide his side to victory despite the bowling efforts of Peter Maxwell who took 3-35.
- Max Burton contributed 56 runs to CIYMS’ total of 171 with Curtis Moorhead taking 3-38. Kyllin Vardhan (56) and Sathish Suresh (78) top scored as Muckamore chased down the total in 33.3 overs.
- Ali Shields was the star bowler for North Down as he claimed 5-16 as North Down beat Cregagh by 4 wickets.
- Abhishek Raut scored 70 for Cliftonville Academy with Bliawal Bhatti taking 5-30 to restrict the batting team to 196 all out. James McCollum (66*) and Matthew Halliday (60) showed their class as they guided Waringstown to victory by 8 wickets.
- In-form Woodvale cruised to a 9-wicket win over Section One side Laurelvale with Ludwig Kaestner taking 3-5 and Carl Robinson 5-15. Harry Warke hit a fine 58 while Aditya Adey remained not out on 38.
