NCU Club Forums 2023

Aug 23, 2023 | General News

The NCU is holding a series of regionalised forums throughout September to gather opinions and ideas from clubs, their members and the wider cricket family on how the future of cricket in the NCU might look. The meetings will take place at the following venues and times:

Wednesday 6 September 2023 18:30-20:00 at The Pavilion, Stormont, Belfast

Monday 11 September 2023 18:30-20:00 at Waringstown Cricket Club

Tuesday 19 September 2023 18:30-20:00 at Drumaness Superkings Cricket Club

The forum presents an opportunity for the cricket public to play an active role in the future of cricket in the NCU. We have already identified some topics which we would like to hear your views on, including:

  • Gameday and NV Play System – the continued implementation
  • League and Competition Structures for 2024
  • Player Eligibility Rules
  • Grounds and facilities

However, the main purpose of the forums will be to hear from you. Do you have any topics that you would like to raise that you feel need addressed or that you think would make an improvement to cricket in the NCU?

Please feel free to share this invitation with your wider membership. We hope to hear from as many people as possible during the forums as we look to start the process of shaping our game for 2023 and beyond. Please complete the form below to indicate your attendance:

We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at the forums and hearing your thoughts and ideas for the future of our game.
