It is an exciting day in the cricket calendar, as the 1st and 2nd round draws for The Ferguson Grainger Cup for Boys have been released. Last year’s winners Campbell College have received a bye in the 1st round and will play away to the winners of Royal School Armagh v Belfast High School. Last year’s Schools’ Plate winners Wallace High School have been drawn a 2nd round home fixture against the winners of Strabane Academy v Down High School.

Third round (by Saturday 27th May) and Semi-Finals (by Saturday 10th June) will be drawn after the preceding rounds.
Final to be played on Friday 16th June at a venue to be announced.
Plate: A team losing its first match in the Cup will play the appropriate fellow-loser by the date of the next round in accordance with the Cup draw.
This does not apply to a team that fails to fulfil its first fixture.
