Donacloney Mill CC fundraising in aid of Revive

Jan 2, 2023 | General News

On Sunday 29th January 2023, members of Donacloney Mill Cricket Club are planning to walk from Armagh Cricket Club to Donacloney to raise funds to support the work that Revive carries out within the ICU.

Connor Woods, a valued member of Donacloney Mill Cricket Club, has been in Intensive Care at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast, since the middle of August after suffering an unfortunate freak accident.

Connor and his family have asked that the money raised through this walk, would go to Revive. Revive is a registered charity that supports patients, relatives and staff by providing new and improved facilities for the unit. By helping Revive you could be helping your community, your family and your friends in their time of need. Revive plays a pivotal role in providing additional equipment and services for patients, additional comfort and support for families and relatives, and additional training and support for staff.

Over the past few weeks, Philip Derby has worked hard to pull together messages of support for Connor from club members and a few special guests and Connor and his family were extremely grateful for the effort that was put into making this video. A link to the video is below.
