Robinson Services Senior League Awards – August/September 2019

The latest Robinson Services Awards for August and September 2019 took place recently. The Robinson Services awards go to players in the senior leagues who score a century, take at least six wickets or perform a hat trick.
The awards were presented by David Robinson, Managing Director of Senior League sponsors Robinson Services, and the President of the NCU, Richard Johnson.

- Former Irish Cup winning goalkeeper Chris Keenan has been picking up more awards – but in a very different sport. This time he’s in the spotlight for his local Larne cricket side, his batting exploits helping to earn third place in Section 3 of the Northern Cricket Union’s Robinson Services Senior League. Keenan notched centuries against Donaghadee (101) and Dunmurry (135)
- Chandru Sachithanatham of Monaghan Cricket Club receives a prestigious Northern Cricket Union player’s award on behalf of teammate Manjot Singh Sandhu. Sandhu won his award with a hat trick against Cliftonville.
- James Kennedy receives two NCU League awards for team mate Andre Malan for his centuries against Waringstown (136) and CIYMS (106).
- Xander McIlwaine receives NCU player awards on behalf of Instonians teammates Shane Getkate for his undefeated 108 against CIYMS and Murray Commins who scored 110 against Waringstown.
