NCU Winter Training Programme: Girls U17 and Women
Wednesday 8th January 2020 sees the start of the next phase of NCU Winter Training Programme for the Girls U17 Performance and Women’s Winter training groups starting with their Strength & Conditioning sessions, consisting of 4 weekly one hour sessions at Ulster University Sports Campus at Jordanstown in collaboration with UU Sports Performance Services Co-ordinator, William Moore and his team.
In February and March each squad will have combined coach/contact time of over 10 hours at the same venue as they prepare for their summer programme, envisaged at 5 plus match programmes for each grade with NCU working towards summer fixture planning.
In addition, development squads at U13 and U15 will also be working through February and March with 5 sessions each at Wallace High School, Lisburn.
