Calling all club ground staff and volunteers!!!
Philip McCormick, Head Groundsman at Stormont, in conjunction with the Northern Ireland Civil Service Sports Association and the NCU will be facilitating an ‘end of cricket season practical workshop’ at Stormont on Thursday 12th September 2019.
This will be a field based session running from 2pm to 5pm and will be very interactive with Philip working on the square at Stormont and chatting through his winter work plans.
All club ground staff and volunteers are encouraged to come along, with up to 3 representatives from each NCU club welcome to attend.
This session will be outdoors at Stormont, weather permitting, so appropriate clothing should be worn.
The NCU endeavour that this will be the first of a series of workshops where Phillip will bring his knowledge. expertise and experience to help and support our local groundstaff and volunteers.
