The NCU Youth Development Tour is up and running with over 50 players, Coaches and Officials making the overnight flight to Cape Town on Wednesday 25th March.
Their first port of call was the beautiful Western Province Sports Cricket Club, and a chance to stretch the legs after the eleven and a half hour flight.

Some time was spent in the nets and after lunch in the clubhouse a chance to use the club swimming pool or the outfield for the eternal game of ‘keepy-up’.
Check in at the hotel was next and with a team meeting scheduled for 6.30 another chance to try out a different pool.
An early night beckons as it will be a 6.00 wake-up call (that’s 4.00am UK time!!) and an early start for a full day’s coaching for both players and coaches at the Gary Kirsten Cricket Academy.
