Job Description
Following significant growth in 2018 Holywood Cricket Club would like to appoint someone to assist the Director of Development in a part-time capacity. The Club now has 6 Junior Teams, 2 Girls / Women’s Teams, and an extensive schools coaching and development structure that engages a significant number of children.
The role may involve all or some of the following:
· Co-ordinating and coaching the clubs under U11 (A,B,C), U13 (A,B), and 15 squads.
· Support primary school coaching programme, youth practices and club development events.
· Assist the Captain in the management of the 1st XI
Strong preference is given to any candidate capable of playing in NCU Section 1 or Premier League and making material, match-winning contributions. Salary would be increased for those candidates able to demonstrate such a capability.
The Start date is mid-April (or before) at the latest and the role will end 31st August 2019 (with the potential to continue the role over the winter and in 2020).
Salary: Salary is competitive and based on the candidate’s experience of coaching and playing.
