NCU Senior League Player of the Year Awards

The NCU is introducing Player of the Year Awards for Senior Leagues 1, 2 and 3.  We are also delighted to announce that Cartwrights Sports will sponsor the Awards.

To be eligible for an award the player must be eligible for Ireland (as defined in Competition Rule A26) or resident in Northern Ireland for purposes unconnected with Cricket (Competition Rule A25 refers). Any dispute regarding eligibility for an award will be ruled on by the Director of Domestic Cricket. Such a ruling will be final with no right of appeal.

• Each club will vote for three players in their respective Senior league in order of preference.
• Three points will be awarded for the first preference, two for the second preference and one for the third.
• A club may not vote for its own players.
• The player receiving the most points will be deemed the winner.

The Awards will be presented at the NCU’s Annual Dinner on 11th October 2014.
