NCU President Billy Boyd was at Monaghan CC on Saturday 16th August to wish Enda Galligan, Monaghan CC Chairman, all the best for his club fund raising cycle from Monaghan CC to Lords Cricket Ground.

- Day 1:- Monaghan – Dublin (90ml). Total: 90 miles
- Day 2:- Holyhead – Bangor (22ml) – Pentrefoelas (29ml) – Oswestry (40ml). Total: 91 miles
- Day 3:- Oswestry – Shrewsbury (18ml) – Ludlow (31ml) – Gloucester City (50ml). Total: 99 miles
- Day 4 and 5:- Gloucester City-Kemble (21ml) to begin the Thames Path Cycle Route to London. Kemble via Cricklade (12ml) – Lechlade (11ml) – Tadpole Bridge (10.5ml) – Northmoor (9ml) – Oxford (11ml) – Abingdon (8.5ml) – Dorchester (9ml) – Cholsey (9ml) – Tilehurst (11.75ml) – Henley-on-Thames (12.5ml) – Bourne End (11.5) – Windsor (11ml) – Staines (8ml) – Hampton Court (12ml) – Richmond (8ml) – Barnes Bridge (12ml) – Embankment (8ml).
