On Friday 17th June Lurgan Tigers held their annual Kwik Cricket blitz at Pollock Park.
The blitz involved 85 P6/7 children, girls and boys from local schools.
The teams got to play three group matches before taking a quick lunch break in the club house before finishing off a final round of matches.
Kings Park PS came out winners in the final against Lurgan Model by six runs in a dramatic affair.
First place went to Kings Park, second place went to Model and the most improved award went to Tullygally.
The rest of the participants were as follows, Bleary, Carrick, Dickson & St Teresa’s.
Congratulations to all who took park and showed off their skills on the back of schools coaching sessions taken by Club Professional Niranjan Godbole and Development Officer Jonathan Gillespie.
