The NCU Women’s squad to play four Future Series fixtures against the North West Warriors (Monday 21st and Tuesday 22nd July at Stormont) and Cricket Leinster (Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th at Oakhill).
The NCU will play both teams back to back in a T20 and 50 over fixtures.

Chair of Selectors Andrew Cowden commented on the first Women’s Future Series squad announcement of the new season:
“Firstly, I’d like to thank and congratulate all of the players and coaching staff for their hard work and dedication over the winter months and during the first half of our season.
The selectors have named a squad of 15 for the four fixtures this week, with Rebecca Lowe, our Irish U19 international, unavailable due to injury.
This year’s Women’s Future Series is an Under-26 competition, and we have selected a young and exciting squad, with no fewer than seven players also chosen for the Irish U17 squad: Lucy Andrews, Erin Bond, Emily Carville, Anna Ellerby, Grace Wilson, Joscelyn Wright and Vanessa Minford (not available for selection).
Finally, Gracie Keenan will captain the side. I wish Gracie and her team all the best for the four fixtures as we aim to make a positive start to the 2025 Future Series, following a successful season last year winning the competition.”
