Tuesday evening saw the resumption of the NCU Performance Awards thanks to new sponsors SM Cricket Ireland and Cartwrights Sports Ireland.
The event took place at The Pavilion, Stormont and the accolades are awarded to players in the NCU Senior Leagues who have scored a century, taken six wickets or a hat trick in any league match during the 2024 season. NCU President Brian Walsh thanked John Kerstens, Sales Rep for both SM Cricket and Cartwrights Sports in Ireland, and congratulated the winners of the awards and for a great season of cricket in the NCU.
The awardees from the Premier League kicked off proceedings and those present accepted their awards from John Kerstens.
