NCU Fantasy League 2015
Competition Rules

Team Selection:

  • Total rating of team must be no more than 50 points
  • A maximum of two players are allowed from any single NCU club
  • Must be at least two players from each Union
  • No restriction on number of batsmen/bowlers/wicketkeepers

Points Scoring:
Players will score (or be deducted) points as follows:

  • 1 pt per run scored
  • -10 pts for scoring a duck* (players batting from 8-11 will not incur deduction for ducks)
  • 5 pts for a catch/15pts for stumping
  • 20 pts for each wicket
  • -1pt for every 5 runs conceded by bowler

Matches included

  • All League games in the NCU Premier, Senior 1 and Senior 2 leagues and the NWCU Premier League.
  • NCU/NWCU Senior Cups and the Ulster Cup.
  • One day (50 and T20) matches involving the Northern Knights and the North West Warriors.


  • There will be ONE transfer window in the season (details TBA)

  • The Competition is FREE To Enter
  • Entry by email to
  • Email to include an individual ‘Manager’ name for each team (please indicate if entry is for anyone Under 18), best contact details/cricket team supported/twitter handle (if held)
  • List of your XI Fantasy players selected, abiding by selection rules
  • Max 2 entries per email address
  • Team selection can be still be changed up to 30th April 2015
  • Teams which do not conform with rules will not be included in competition
  • Organisers decision on entry is final

The competition is being run in association with The Sunday Life and there will be weekly updates contained in the paper each Sunday.
