Old Familiar Faces For Jones
Former Civil Service North captain Nigel Jones will not have long to wait next season before he comes up against his ex team-mates in his new colours of CIYMS.
The former Irish international all rounder will return to his old stomping ground of Stormont in the opening match of the Northern Cricket Union Ulster Bank Premier League on the last Saturday in April.
Thirty two year-old Jones took Civil Service North to an Ulster Bank Challenge Cup and Lagan Valley Steels Twenty20 Cup double last season before his surprise move to CIYMS last month.

CI have also captured one of the North West Union’s top all rounders in Brigade’s Johnny Thompson who will join no fewer than three other former North West players in Chris Dougherty, Stephen Dunn and Trevor Britton.
Fixtures just released by the NCU have defending League champions Instonians travelling to Lisburn on the opening day of the season; newly promoted Carrickfergus will entertain Waringstown and North Down will be at home to Ballymena.
