When asked about the tour, Under 15 Lead Coach, Scott Irvine said: "It was a really worthwhile week for all involved, the players were absolutely brilliant. Svanholm Cricket Club was a beautiful place to play and the facilities were top class."

"It was a tough few days on the pitch for the guys, we ended up playing what was primarily the Danish U17 side and we came up against some big, fast bowlers and some hard hitting batters. Throughout the winter we have pushed the players a lot and this tour was another perfect opportunity to see guys out of their comfort zone and who was up for the challenge."

"Against quality players you don't get that many bad balls and in return your bad balls generally go for four. Hopefully the players can take the learnings from this week and implement them when they are back at their clubs and see improvements throughout the rest of the season."

"It was clear to see the players that have had a greater exposure to 50 over cricket - I think this is a massive area for our younger players to try and play as much longer cricket as possible and learn how to construct an innings, bowl differently at various stages of a game and the fielding demands of 3 hours in the field."

"I would like to thank Jeremy Bray, Svanholm CC and Danish Cricket for setting up this opportunity to go over to Copenhagen. It has been a great experience for the players and I have learnt a lot about all the guys over the last week. I think it leads us into the remainder of the summer and the upcoming winter programme perfectly, whether they remain with myself in the U15s or move up into the U17 age group."
