Since the second week in November the 15s have had 22 sessions over three centres - Belfast (16.), Lisburn (4) and Ballyclare (4). Since the second week in November the 13s have had 10 sessions in the Shankill.

The Under 15 Interpros will be in the NW this year from 29th to the 1st of July
The Under 13 Interpros will be in the NCU this year from the 4th to the 6th of July

The plan is to begin outdoor sessions with both the squads in the last week of April, have one more in May and then both teams will decide on the Final 13 going forward for the Interpros, with two more sessions organised in June.
